Forum Rules
- The rules listed here are not the only ones that apply. Just use common sense, avoid being offensive and keep respectfull over all. Don't try to use the excuse: "This is not a rule!" to justify bad behaviours. Following this main rule should keep you out of trouble!
- Respect each other. If you are going to mess with someone, first make sure that you both have enough confidence and trust over each other. Cursing and/or flaming is totally discouraged.
- Only reply to threads in a constructive way. Criticism is accepted, but contradiction without any grounds will be punished. (Just abide to rule # 1 and #2)
- Do not go off-topic. Threads are made for a purpose, and in a specific section. If you want to talk about any other topic than the main topic, go to the appropriate section.
- If you notice that someone is doing something wrong, please report them! Any action taken should come from the forum admins, not the users. This also means no posts like: "This is against the rules" or "I smell a ban...".
- If you break any of these rules using an alternative account, all your accounts will be permanently banned.
- Try to use descriptive titles and subjects whenever you start a thread. (This is encouraged, for ease of access and clarity in the forum)
- Do not post offensive contents in either: Religious, Racial or Sexual topics. Therefore Porn is forbidden.
- Do not link or talk about Warez. You can have pirated software, but we don't need to know about it, or where you got it from.
- As much as possible, and especially in the important forums and threads, try avoiding the use of internet slang. Try to spell properly.
- Do not attempt to increase your post count by just replying to whatever thread. Only reply when you have something constructive to say. This also means that if there is a thread asking for help in any matter, you should either reply and "help", or rather step aside and learn (Check out rule #3)
- Advertising your website in your posts/signatures is fine, as long as it is relevant for the purpose of the forum/thread.
- Don't claim ownership over ideas/things that do not belong to you. If you are not credited for your work, do not use this rule to complain about it. Report this with proof to the administrators/moderators and they will deal with the issue accordingly.
- You should read the whole thread before replying. If you are going to reply to a specific post of the thread, it is better if you quote it to avoid confusion. (This is just so you can reply knowing the whole context, and not just the title of the thread).
- We are here overall to have fun. As much as we are a community and we should support each other, not all of us have the same feelings, beliefs, etc. So let's just try to stick to the whole "Gaming" and "In Character" roles, and lets try to leave our personal feelings out of it.
The violation of 1 or more of these rules will result in punishment. This punishment can be:
- A Warning (This could include, but is not limited, to message monitoring)
- Temporary Ban (Not allowed to post messages for some time)
- Permanent Ban (Permanently banned from the forums)
The punishment will be determined by the administration.
